Payment Policies

Dr. McCall provides free phone consultations prior to the scheduling of any services. She bills directly to in-network insurance plans upon completion of each service and provides an invoice for self-pay clients. Payment plans can be developed on an individual basis. 

Evaluations are billed to insurance at a rate of $150 per hour, which applies to all testing, interviews, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. This is the same rate for private payment, with a maximum cap of $3000. No payment is expected until the entire evaluation process has been completed. 

Therapy sessions are billed to insurance at the rate of $125-$175 per hour depending on the duration of each session. Private payment therapy sessions are $150 for initial intake and each subsequent session. 

Court-based services are provided at a rate of $300 per hour.  Additional fees related to no-shows or late cancellations are outlined on separate payment policy documents. 

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Any client for whom this applies will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to their first session.
